|  Rebecca M. Pepin joined the firm in 1992 and became a shareholder in 1994. Rebecca practices primarily in the areas of bankruptcy, general civil litigation and appeals, criminal law, and also provides mediation and arbitration services. Although she currently restricts her practice in this area, Rebecca has substantial experience working on family law cases, including divorce, property division and child custody and visitation. In addition, Rebecca has performed as a Guardian ad Litem in domestic cases and was appointed as a Child Family Investigator.
Prior to law school, Rebecca interned at a domestic violence shelter. Additionally, she interned with the Pomona District Attorney's Office as a victim advocate. During law school, Rebecca interned at the Jefferson County battered women's shelter and at the Jefferson County District Attorney's office. In addition, Rebecca clerked for a sole practitioner for criminal law in Denver.
Rebecca M. Pepin is licensed to practice law before all Colorado State Courts and the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. She is an active member of the Colorado Bar Association and the Boulder County Bar Association. She volunteers for the American Red Cross teaching CPR and First Aid, and is a board member of Flagstaff Academy. Rebecca maintains a strong commitment to her community, her family and her clients. Rebecca's integrity and commitment to her community and her clients shows in all her work.
