| | Gerald L. Jorgensen founded what is now Jorgensen, Brownell & Pepin, P.C. over 20 years ago. Gerald provides aggressive representation in a variety of cases including general commercial litigation, construction, land use, and other civil matters. He is a recognized leader in Colorado Construction and Mechanic's Lien law. Gerald devotes the majority of his time litigating complex cases involving Real Estate disputes and Construction. Gerald has the skills to properly manage complex litigation, involving multiple parties and unique issues of law. Gerald maintains a strong commitment to his community and his client's needs.
Prior to forming Jorgensen, Brownell & Pepin, P.C., Gerald was an Industrial Bank Manager at a national finance company in Fort Collins at the age of 24. He then became a CEO of a chain of Colorado stereo and record retail stores. Additionally, Gerald has been a licensed Colorado Real Estate Employing Broker since 1986.
Gerald L. Jorgensen is licensed to practice law before all Colorado State Courts, United States District Court for The District of Colorado, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas and the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska. He is an active member of the Colorado Bar Association, Boulder County Bar Association and the Weld County Bar Association. Gerald has served as the past Chairman of the Longmont Downtown Development Board and past President of three Homeowner's Associations.
