Erin K. Grundy is an associate who joined the firm in 2011. Erin's practice areas include probate, elder law, civil litigation, family law, and appeals. Erin aims to achieve the best results for her clients through efficient and diligent representation.

Prior to joining Jorgensen, Brownell & Pepin, P.C. in 2011, Erin worked a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Katherine Delgado, a District Court Judge in Adams County Colorado. Erin was assigned to a civil docket where her work included drafting documents on a wide range of civil matters including foreclosure, jurisdictional disputes, and complex real estate transactions.

Erin earned her Juris Doctor from Drake University Law School in 2009. While in law school, Erin worked as a licensed student attorney for the Iowa Appellate Defender's Office. Erin drafted appellate briefs filed with Iowa's appellate courts and argued cases before the Iowa Supreme Court and Iowa Court of Appeals. Erin also served as a legal intern at Schriever Air Force Base where she worked on cases involving employment discrimination, federal contracting, and disciplinary actions. Erin captained one of the Drake National Moot Court teams during her second and third years of law school and earned several awards recognizing her advocacy skills.

Prior to attending law school, Erin earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Colgate University in Political Science with a minor in History.

Erin was raised in Colorado and has lived in the state for most of her life. In 2000, Erin was appointed as a Page for the United States House of Representatives by her Congressman. Erin served as a Page for the 106th and 107th sessions of Congress.

Erin is licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado and is a member of the Weld County Bar Association.

During her free time, Erin enjoys traveling, alpine skiing, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
