Anne B. Jorgensen began practicing law with Jorgensen, Brownell & Pepin, P.C. over thirteen years and has held the position of managing shareholder since she joined the firm as a full time attorney. Anne's major practice areas include elder law including Medicaid planning, VA Aid and Attendant benefit planning, guardianships and conservatorships; probate including simple probates and complex litigation; trust litigation and estate planning including both simple and complex planning, trusts, will, power of attorneys. In addition, Anne has developed a practice area including business formations, business purchases and business succession planning.

Prior to law school, Anne was employed and at Engineered Data Products, Inc. as a Operations Manager, Purchasing Manager and Transportation Manager. Additionally, Anne gained significant managerial experience working at Babson Brothers as a Materials Manager, at Squared Data Entry Products as a Production Planning Manager and at Storage Tek, Inc. as a Purchasing Agent. In addition, Anne formed and presided over the Child Support and Maintenance Collection Agency, Inc.

Anne is licensed to practice law before all Colorado State Courts, the United States District Court for the District Court of Colorado and the U.S. Tax Court. She is an active member of the Colorado Bar Association, the Weld County Bar Association and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Anne maintains a strong commitment to her community, her family and her client's needs. Anne contributed as a Girl Scout Troop Leader from 2006 through 2009. During her free time, Anne enjoys spending time with her family, gardening and skiing.
