| Anne Jorgensen represented a client whose mother had died. Prior to her death, the mother had suffered from dementia. During that time, the daughter who was the personal representative of the estate and had power of attorney for the mother before she died, spent significant assets on herself and assisted the mother in modifying the estate plan to exclude the client. Anne successfully obtained a substantial share of the estate for the client. |
