| Anne Jorgensen had an adult daughter appointed as guardian and conservator for her father. At the temporary orders hearing, Anne acquired court approval for removal of the father to a hospital for a 72 hour hold and then directly to a nursing home, due to the father's unsafe actions at home – hoarding and burning garbage for heat. Anne assisted the guardian and conservator with annual reporting requirements. She later helped this same client to resolve her father's estate. |
