Anne Jorgensen represented the daughter of an elderly gentleman suffering from dementia. The elderly gentleman moved back to his hometown and married his high school sweetheart. His new spouse placed him in an assisted living facility, redirected his pension and social security to herself, and discontinued visits. When his daughter discovered that her father's assets were being liquidated, she hired Anne to assist in relocating her father back to the State of Colorado, getting herself appointed as the guardian and conservator, getting her father divorced, and establishing new estate planning documentation. Anne accomplished all of these goals for her client. |
