| Anne Jorgensen successfully assisted a local dentist in acquiring a dental existing practice. Anne prepared the documents to form the client's business entity and all documents necessary to accomplish the transfer. Some of the unique aspects of the purchase involved the proprietary nature of the client list versus HIPAA regulations. Anne also provided guidance on issues stemming from the former owner's future employment by the client as a consultant to the practice. |
