| Construction & Real Estate II
| Gerald Jorgensen represented one of two daughters who received a house jointly from an estate. Gerald's client was out-of-state and had allowed her sister to use the home without rent. The client had discovered that the house had been condemned for numerous code violations. When the house was reviewed, it was revealed that the house had degraded to such an extent that it was no longer inhabitable. Gerald, through a partition action, was able to acquire the home for the client free of the sister's interest. |
