| Construction Defect
| Gerald Jorgensen represented three neighboring homeowners who had defective construction on their homes causing water to penetrate their basements. He prosecuted the case against the builder and three individual members of the builder's business entities to reach them personally and attach liability. Gerald also sued the geotechnical engineering firm who designed the subdivision for ignoring the historic water levels for the area. Gerald won a judgment for the homeowners, and then garnished the insurance company to force compliance with payment of the judgment. |
