When a real estate brokerage refused to pay the agents, Rebecca Pepin filed suit in court. After winning a judgment in the District Court, Rebecca Pepin also prevailed when the brokerage appealed the case. The matter was remanded to the District Court where Rebecca Pepin won another argument for damages, and she is representing the agents in the second appellate case filed by the brokerage.
