In 1985 Jennifer L. Motycka earned a Bachelor Of Music in Music Education from the University of Northern Colorado with a Minor emphasis in General Business. She received the Presidential Scholarship and Pearl Beaver Gleason Academic Scholarship while attending the University of Northern Colorado.

In 1985 Jennifer L. Motycka began Law School at the University Of Colorado. While attending Law School she worked as a Law Clerk for Wells, Love & Scoby in Boulder, Colorado, emphasizing in commercial, real estate and construction litigation. She also worked for the University of Colorado Legal Aid and Defender Program. She earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University Of Colorado in 1989.

In 1989 Jennifer L. Motycka began practicing law as an Associate Attorney with Nolan Law Office, P.C. in Englewood, Colorado and later Hopp & Associates, P.C. in Longmont, Colorado. Her major areas of practice included general civil litigation, domestic law, real estate transactions, foreclosures, corporate and business law and bankruptcy. In 1992 Jennifer L. Motycka became a Sole General Practitioner in the Law Office Of Jennifer L. Motycka, Longmont, Colorado. Over the next eight years her Law Practice thrived. She practiced a wide variety of law, including general civil litigation, family law, mediation, criminal law, real estate, probate, corporate and business law, bankruptcy and estate planning.

In 2000 Jennifer L. Motycka joined the Law Firm of Jorgensen, Motycka & Lewis, P.C. Her major focus is in civil litigation, family law, mediation, criminal law, real estate, probate, corporate and business law, bankruptcy and estate planning.

Jennifer L. Motycka is licensed to practice law before all Colorado State Courts and the United States District Court For The District Of Colorado. She is an active member of the Colorado Bar Association, Boulder County Bar Association and Weld County Bar Association. She is a member of the Longmont Symphony Orchestra, Boulder Philharmonic and on the Board of Directors for the Colorado MahlerFest. She has also served as a Y.M.C.A. Volunteer Attorney.
