In 1981 Anne B. Jorgensen earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Production and Operations Management from Arizona State University. Anne was employed at Storage Tek, Inc. as a Purchasing Agent, at Babson Brothers as a Materials Manager, at Squared Data Entry Products as a Production Planning Manager and at Engineered Data Products, Inc. as a Operations Manager, Purchasing Manager and Transportation Manager. In 1994, Anne formed and presided over the Child Support and Maintenance Collection Agency, Inc.

In 1997, Anne graduated from the University of Colorado with a Doctor of Jurisprudence with an emphasis in taxation. In 1997, Anne began practicing law with Jorgensen, Motycka & Lewis, P.C. and has held the position of managing stockholder since that time. Anne's major practice areas include elder law including medicaid planning, guardianships and conservatorships; probate including simple probates and complex litigation; estate planning including both simple and complex planning, business; collection; and tax.

Anne is licensed to practice law before all Colorado State Courts, the United States District Court for the District Court of Colorado and the U.S. Tax Court. She is an active member of the Colorado Bar Association and the Weld County Bar Association. Anne is an active member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.

Anne maintains a strong commitment to her community, her family and her client's needs. Anne is an active Girl Scout Troop leader since 2006.
